This was an amazing find! The ham and cheese croissant and macchiato late were both very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the noise level. It is an open, kind of industrial space so it echoes and can easily get loud in here. So if you plan to come here to do work or write (like I did), bring some noise canceling headphones with you. Other than that, a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning to this hidden gem in the future.
They have some of the best media lunas in SoFlo, period. They bake new batches throughout the day, so freshness is almost guaranteed. All other pastries are also very good, special mention to the vigilantes. The staff is always very nice and attentive. Some of the negative reviews come from people that seem to have no idea a media luna is very different from a traditional French style croissant 🤦♂️

I’ve been to many cafes, however I ALWAYS come back to La Mantequeria. The media lunas are amazing and fresh out the oven, the coffee is a must for those who are caffeine addicts, and the sandwiches are beyond yummy. I highly recommend this place 10/10.

I had a client at my job bring croissant as a gift and I instantly fell in love with them. I ordered it through uber eats even with the wait time of 60 mins because they’re that good. The wait was worth it, 10/10. I’ll definitely go in person when i can 😛!
I discovered this place off a food rescue app. Because of that I was surprised with a few treats . The stuffed croissant was Amazing !!!!! I got it at the end of the day and it still tasted so fresh . The second one that made my heart sing with a pistachio knot . Apologize for not having the proper name but it was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect ratio of pistachio cream to the croissant . The others I sadly took out of the bag and left open so they were a little hard . Overall though it’s a great spot , that’s nice ,clean , has friendly service and delicious pastries . I can’t wait to go back .
